Living Between Two Worlds

There are two versions of me that often feel as though they sit side by side.

One is the executive coach: structured, strategic, guiding leaders through complex organisational challenges. This part of me is grounded in systemic thinking, neuroscience and the frameworks of change.

The other is the breathwork facilitator: intuitive, somatic, guiding people into altered states where words are no longer necessary, where the body leads, where healing emerges through release and surrender.

For years, I kept these worlds separate. I thought it was safer that way. That my corporate clients might not understand the breathwork, or that my breathwork community might distrust my connection to business.

But the more I work, the clearer it becomes: these worlds are not opposites. They are mirrors.

Leadership without embodiment is hollow. Healing without systems thinking can lack integration. Both require presence, courage and an ability to face what is uncomfortable. Both ask us to remember that we are more than the roles we play.

I am no longer interested in splitting myself into compartments. I am both -  coach and facilitator, strategist and healer. My clients deserve that wholeness. And so do I.

In fact, the integration of these worlds might just be the very essence of what I’m here to do. To show that performance and presence, business and breath, can co-exist - not as contradictions, but as companions.
