Each session is a unique experience, crafted to meet you where you are and support your journey forward.

After the journey, we’ll take time to reflect and “concretise” your insights –bringing the transformative experiences from the unconscious into conscious awareness. This step grounds the energy released and supports tangible, lasting shifts in your behaviours and actions.

To support your continued self-care, you’ll receive a few simple guidelines:

  • Stay hydrated

  • Avoid toxic substances like caffeine and alcohol

  • Journal your reflections

  • Embrace rest and gentleness with yourself

These sessions are £300 In Person and £250 Online.

Let me assess how you breathe in to parts of your body and your level of consciousness. I will lead you through a breathing exercise that will help me to explore how your breath effects your physical and emotional state. We will then discuss the findings and I will advise options for your own safe and personalised breathwork journey. This should take up to 30 minutes.
