As the light and dark come into perfect balance, the Autumn Equinox invites us to slow down, let go, and return to centre.
Breathe Into Balance is a soul-nourishing, candlelit gathering with Samreen McGregor and Molly-Anne Chinner, combining heart-opening ceremonial cacao, transformational breathwork, and immersive sound healing to align you with the natural rhythms of this sacred seasonal shift.
This is a safe and welcoming space for all—whether you're new to these practices or deeply familiar. You’ll receive a warm brew of ceremonial cacao before lying down, wrapped in blankets, and guided through a journey of restoration, release and renewal.
What to Expect
Opening Cacao Ceremony: Begin in sacred circle, sipping ceremonial-grade cacao—a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. Together, we’ll set intentions, attune to the season’s energy, and drop into presence.
Transformational Breathwork: A guided breathwork journey to release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and ground into your body. Expect deep stillness, powerful shifts, and a return to self.
Healing Sound Bath: Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments wash over you—clearing emotional residue and harmonising your energy.
Closing Integration & Grounding: We’ll gently return with grounding practices and shared reflection, supporting you to carry the experience forward.

What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, journal, water, and anything else that helps you feel supported and cosy. Bolsters and eye pillows are welcomed.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We are upstairs—accessed via the side door and two flights of stairs. (Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible. Chairs can be provided if lying down is uncomfortable—please contact us in advance for accessibility needs.)
About Your Guides
Molly-Anne Chinner @mollyannemusic
Molly-Anne is a British sound healer, devotional musician, and wild earth daughter. Her ethereal soundscapes blend ambient, folk, and world music, guiding listeners on a mystical journey to remember our kinship with the Earth and our ancestry in the stars.
Samreen McGregor @breathewithsamreen
Samreen is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and award-winning executive coach, bridging ancient wisdom with modern transformation. Her grounded, soul-deep journeys weave somatic healing, nervous system integration, and trauma-conscious care—inviting each person into sacred remembering through the breath.
Important Notes on Cacao & Breathwork
Cacao is a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. We use the highest quality ceremonial cacao, fairly traded from indigenous communities in Guatemala and Ecuador. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking SSRIs, antipsychotics, or have any serious heart or autoimmune conditions, please let us know in advance.
Breathwork can be deeply transformative, sometimes bringing up strong physical or emotional responses. While the session is safely guided and trauma-conscious, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please review our Health & Safety Checklist before booking, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, or mental health concerns.

Breathe Into Stillness is a soul-nourishing, candlelit evening of guided breathwork, immersive sound healing and heart-opening ceremonial cacao with Samreen McGregor & Molly-Anne Chinner - a sacred space to honour the slowing rhythm of winter and the subtle magic it brings.

This breathwork session is an invitation to pause and reconnect. Guided with care and experience, you’ll use the power of your breath to soften what no longer serves, lighten the weight of unprocessed emotions, ground into your body and open to a steadier, more fulfilling rhythm within. Each inhale becomes a moment of receiving; each exhale, a gentle release - creating space for lightness, clarity and presence.
What makes this experience unique is the blend I bring: 25 years working at the intersection of psychotherapy, neuroscience, systems and somatic therapy, alongside deep training in trauma-informed breathwork. I guide not from performance, but from presence - weaving science, spirit and embodied wisdom into a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
