As winter draws to a close, many of us are carrying more than we realise: tension held quietly in the body, emotions half-processed and a low hum of fatigue from months of “just getting on with it”.
This session is an invitation to pause at the turning point.
To soften what’s been braced. To release what no longer needs holding. And to meet the season ahead with more space inside you.
Guided by Samreen McGregor, breathwork facilitator and executive wellbeing practitioner - this is a calm, grounded breath-led experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity and a deeper sense of steadiness.
Samreen’s work weaves together nervous system education, somatic awareness and conscious breathing in a way that is accessible, trauma-conscious and genuinely restorative.
You’ll be met exactly where you are...with no pressure to “go deep”, perform, or force an emotional release.
This work is grounded in safety. Slowing down. And letting the body do what it already knows how to do: reset.
You’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork journey to support:
• Nervous system settling
• Physical unwinding and emotional release (at your own pace)
• A clearer readiness for what’s next
Held in a spacious and supportive environment, this session is suitable for all levels, including those completely new to breathwork.

In this Spring Equinox Breathwork session, you’ll be guided through breath techniques that support physical calm, emotional balance and mental focus - helping you transition into the spring season with a clearer, more grounded mindset.
Drawing on breath as a bridge between inner experience and outward clarity, this session offers structured guidance and reflection designed for busy professionals.
What to Expect

The Flower Moon invites us to soften our grip, release what’s no longer needed and create space for what wants to grow next - naturally, organically, in its own time.
Samreen is a breathwork practitioner, executive coach and facilitator specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional integration and embodied leadership. Her work bridges modern neuroscience, somatic practices and grounded breathwork techniques, supporting people to move out of survival patterns and into clarity, presence and resilience.
With a calm, trauma-informed approach, Samreen creates spaces that are safe, spacious and deeply restorative - allowing meaningful shifts to happen without force or overwhelm.
