Personal Assumption of Risk

I am aware that breathwork sessions may involve intense physical, emotional, or spiritual experiences. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Physical and Emotional Well-being

I affirm that I am in appropriate physical and emotional condition to participate in breathwork sessions. I acknowledge that I have read through the Health Checklist and it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare provider if I have any concerns about my ability to safely participate.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I release Breathe with Samreen, its facilitators, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or adverse effects that may occur during or as a result of my participation in Breathflow Integrative sessions.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and adjusting my participation as needed during the session. If I experience a sense of doubt, I will stop and inform the facilitator.

Confidentiality

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ experiences shared during group sessions.

Personal Belongings

I am responsible for my personal belongings and valuables brought to any session or event.
