To respond to your enquiry and provide information about breathwork sessions, online programs, workshops, or retreats.

When you register for a session or program, we may collect:

Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)
Optional information such as health conditions, accessibility needs, or personal goals shared to tailor sessions safely
Where is it stored and who has access?
Digital data is stored on password-protected devices and secure platforms (email, Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, etc.).
Only Samreen and relevant administrative staff have access.
How is it used?
To schedule and manage your bookings
To provide you with session links, materials, and updates
To respond to queries and support your participation
Sharing with third parties:
Your personal data will not be shared except:
Where required for legal obligations (e.g., to prevent harm)
With third-party service providers who support session delivery (e.g., payment processors, Zoom, Kajabi) — only to the extent necessary
